It fills us with great joy when our designs not only shine in our manufactory but find their way to many other people through your hands. If you would like to commercially produce and sell our models – be it at a market stall, in your shop, or online – we cordially invite you to become part of the LUMORNA partner family.

Fair and transparent collaboration on equal terms is important to us. That's why we have developed a licensing model that offers you flexibility while protecting the exclusivity of our designs.

License Model – Clear & Fair

You decide which of our “Light Friends” best suit your product range. The more models you include in your collection, the more attractive your price will be:

The "Carefree Solution" for Maximum Variety

For partners who don't want to compromise and wish to incorporate the full magic of Lumorna into their product range, I offer the All-Access Annual License.

Instead of choosing individual models, you receive the commercial sales rights for the entire model catalog – including all new releases that are added during your license year.

  • Automatically Up-to-Date: Every new model in our pipeline is included for you.
  • Simple & Focused: One-time effort, complete freedom for your business.

As with all Lumorna licenses, personal support is paramount here. The All-Access License is our most exclusive package for partners who wish to utilize the full spectrum of our lighting moments – I look forward to your inquiry.

Important licensing terms at a glance

  • Right of Use: The license exclusively permits the sale of physical 3D prints. The transfer or sale of digital STL files is strictly prohibited.

  • Identification Requirement: For every sale (online shop, social media, markets), the note "Design by LUMORNA" must be clearly visible.

  • Quantity: The basic license covers up to 500 units per model per year. This quota also includes inventory and promotional gifts.

  • Product Safety: The licensee bears sole responsibility for product safety and compliance with legal regulations.

  • Term & End: The license is valid for 12 months. After expiration, a sell-off period of a maximum of 3 months applies.

How to become a partner

Since personal contact with our partners is important to us, licensing is handled very simply through direct communication:

  • Selection: Choose your favorite models from our collections.

  • Inquiry: Send us a short message indicating which models you would like to license.

  • Completion: We will send you your personal license document. Once it has been signed and returned to us and payment has been made, your commercial license will be activated. You can then obtain your models as usual via MakerWorld and start producing your moments of light immediately.

Since personal exchange is important to us, we are happy to individually design licenses for larger purchase quantities or special uses. Let's work together to see how we can optimally integrate the magic of Lumorna into your product range.

Brief Overview of Terms and Conditions

  • License Type: Non-exclusive annual license for the sale of physical 3D prints.

  • Quantity: Includes 500 copies per model and license year.

  • Tiered Pricing: From 40.– to 60.– CHF per model / year (depending on quantity).

  • All-Access Option: Full access to the entire model catalog including all new releases during the license year (price on request).

  • Upgrades: Quantity can be increased to 1,000 or 2,000 at any time.

  • Validity: For individuals and businesses.

Additional information: All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). License fees must be paid in full before the start of the license term. Refunds of fees are excluded. These terms apply to the current offer period; adjustments to the license structure and prices are subject to change.

Note: The download of these documents is for preliminary information. A binding right of use only arises upon mutual signing of the license agreement and full receipt of payment of the license fee.
